Farsley Celtic captain Conor Branson is set for a spell on the sidelines after suffering a rib injury during Saturday’s fixture against Brackley Town

The Celts captain started the game but had to be withdrawn after ten minutes after suffering a painful injury to the chest injury.

Conor suffered from multiple rib breaks as well as a punctured lung which now rules him out for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.

We wish Conor all the best with his recovery and look forward to seeing him back on the pitch again in the new year!
