Farsley Celtic ETS remained top of the table after back to back wins against Solihull and Chesterfield.
The side, consisting of first-year students who have often been playing against second and third year opponents this season, continued their terrific first season.
In our 3-1 win against Solihull goals were scored by Harvey Green. Mustafa and Theo Parkes, and our 3-2 win against Chesterfield saw Bubba Krubally hit a brace and Tom Priestley Standing add another.
Director of football Pav Singh said: “Credit is due to Luke and the team for demonstrating exceptional togetherness and work ethic, securing six points across two consecutive games in just three days.
“Their resilience was evident when they fought back from a 2-0 deficit against Chesterfield in the second half, showcasing remarkable character. Additionally, the opportunity for Tom and Will to gain minutes with the first team against Rushall Olympic on Tuesday was another positive highlight of the week, despite the result.
“However I know the first team will bounce back. It’s truly inspiring to witness the strong connection throughout the pathway and, most importantly, the collective vision we are striving to build for the future.”
