We have an exciting double header lined up for our high performance squad over the next week, that sees us playing both Leeds United U23’s and Kashmir FA.

The High Performance Squad will face Leeds United U23s on Saturday 15 July at 11am at Thorp Arch, and Kashmir FA on Sunday 23 July at Campion FC’s ground with a kick-off time of 6:30pm.

Our High Performance Squad will feature some of our younger talents who are looking to break through into the first team in the near future.

The match against Leeds United U23s at Thorp Arch will be played behind closed doors.

Chairman Paul Barthorpe said :

“Our high performance squad is fast becoming recognised as one of the strongest development squads in the area, with a number of positive results and performances against higher placed opposition.

“Games such as these push our younger players and help them to develop with the end goal of them navigating the pathways to our first team.”

Director of football Pav Singh added :

These games are a vital part of us assessing and developing the up and coming talent, as well as exposing them to high level competition and competitive men’s football.
