Biography

Midfielder Sam Drake signed first team forms with the Celts in December 2021, after impressing for the Under-23s side.

The central midfielder, who previously played in the amateur leagues around Huddersfield made his debut as a substitute in the FA Trophy win over Stalybridge Celtic and continued to be used as a fringe player for the remainder of the 2021/22 campaign.

He is currently signed on dual registration terms with Brighouse Town.
