Biography

Attacking midfielder Ben Atkinson returned to the Celts in the summer of 2023, having made
over 170 appearances for the club whilst they were competing in the Northern Premier
League.

Younger brother of club captain Chris Atkinson, Ben has more recently played
for Brighouse Town and Liversedge.

A set poiece dangerman and a cool head from the penalty spot, Ben chipped in with numerous key goal contributions last season as the Celts preserved their National League North status.
