The draw for the Second Round of the Isuzu FA Trophy was made on Monday lunchtime and we have been drawn away to Bamber Bridge FC.
The tie will take place on Saturday 16 November at the SFC Stadium on the outskirts of Preston, Lancashire.
‘The Brig’, who currently sit 13th in the Northern Premier League Premier Division, have beaten Guiseley and Workington to reach the second round of the competition.
It has been over five years since the sides last met, with Farsley winning both encounters during the 2018/19 Northern Premier League season, the Celts winning 3-2 in the home tie followed by a 3-0 away win in the most recent meeting in March 2019.
The winners of the tie will progress to the third round of the competition, which will see the 24 Vanarama National League teams enter. The winners of the second round match will receive £3,750, with the losers taking £1,000.
