Farsley Celtic are delighted to confirm the appointment of Gary Duke-Cohan as an Advisor to the Board.

Gary has over 30 years of experience as a sports and litigation lawyer, and is a long-term partner in a legal practice.

He has also worked in football for a number of years, representing clubs, players and managers from the Premier League right through to the non-league system, both in the United Kingdom and internationally, particularly in France and Eastern Europe.

Gary, who is also involved in football as a legal advisor, scout, licensed intermediary and consultant, is multi-lingual, enabling him to regularly liaise with overseas players, clubs, agents and federations.

Chairman Paul Barthorpe said: “I am personally delighted to welcome Gary to the club, he brings a totally new dimension to the board in a way we have never had before, which will allow us to start operating and dealing with issues in a different way.

“Having known Gary for some time, his footballing knowledge is superb, and obviously his legal skills are second to none.

“However, what he brings in terms of his personality, passion and drive are what truly makes him the best possible fit for Farsley.

“I very much look forward to his input and helping to drive the club forwards!”

Welcome to Farsley, Gary!
