- Professional club academy preferred
- JPL independent academy players
- High level grassroots players

Widening the talent pool:
The Emerging Talent Squad is in addition to the existing grassroots and academy pathways at Farsley Celtic. Players will be reviewed by the coaching workforce, so Current Farsley Celtic JPL U16s do not need to apply.
The coaching team at Farsley Celtic ETS
The Farsley Celtic Emerging Talent Squad coaching team all hold UEFA A or B license qualifications, and have a vast amount of experience in professional and semi-pro game – as well as in professional academy environments.
Our coaches have high level knowledge in player development, systems of play and developing models – and are highly skilled practitioners in the game with an excellent reputation in recruiting, developing and nurturing talented players to succeed.
