Job Title – Assistant Football Secretary (VOLUNTARY)

Department – Football Administration & Operations

Reports to – Director of Football Administration

Direct Report – None

Main Purpose

To assist the Director of Football Administration across all football administration matters and help ensure compliance with governing bodies’ regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist the Director of Football Administration with fixture and player administration, including preparing player registrations and eligibility, maintaining internal player and fixture records, and organising match day operations.
  • Assist with player liaison Duties.
  • Perform general and match day administrative duties,  processing ticket requests from visiting clubs, car parking passes, circulating internal and external fixture lists, and creating and allocating match day passes and vouchers.
  • Assist with the maintenance of player discipline records.
  • Attend match days where possible.
  • Maintain honesty, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Be presentable, smart, and personable at all times when representing the Club.
  • Undertake all reasonable tasks assigned by the Director of Football Administration.

This role is a voluntary position.
