We are delighted to announce the signing of DJ Campton-Sturridge on a permanent deal!

Playing as a striker, DJ has spent most of his playing career at Aston Villa, featuring for their U18, 21’s and 23 sides.

He left Villa at the beginning of last season, spending last season at Solihull Moors.

DJ will be best known to Celts fans as the unnamed trialist who struck twice in last week’s pre-season friendly away at Silsden AFC

The forward brings blistering pace, a keen eye for goal and even at just 22 brings a wealth of playing experience from higher levels.

He goes straight into tonight’s squad for the friendly against Stockbridge Steels.
