We are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Ryan Watson from Scarborough Athletic!

Appearing for the Seadogs last season, Ryan was an ever present as Scarborough finished in eighth place, just outside the play-offs.

Having already notched up 152 appearances for the Celts, Ryan is a superb midfielder for this level with strong creative and attacking attributes as well as great strength whilst on the ball.

“When we saw the opportunity to bring Ryan back to the club for his third spell with us, it was one we really felt we couldn’t turn down. His on the pitch performances speak for themselves, but his love for the club and desire to return made this a deal we had to make!

“Combative and direct, with a creative ability will allow us to use him in a variety of positions on the field depending on the particular game, his versatility is essential at this level. Above all, like myself and many other ex players, Farsley is in his blood!”
