Farsley Celtic can confirm that Jacob Gratton has completed a permanent transfer to Belper Town.

Gratton made 26 appearances for the Celts, initially joining on loan from Rotherham United last season before making the move permanent in the summer.

The forward played a central role in helping Farsley survive in the National League North last season.

He now joins Northern Premier League outfit Belper Town.
